I Stayed in and Built a Snowman

We had over 11 inches of snow in the last 24 hours and for our area that is a lot.  It started with an inch or two of frozen rain then turned to ice.  Here is a picture of the old milkhouse quite covered up in ice and snow.

                                        So I decided to stay inside and build a snowman.

                                   

I also did a bit of spinning.  I figure if it's dreary and cold out it doesn't mean my spinning has to be, so I carded up some extremely soft alpaca and Finn.  Then I blended in some ribbon, DMC floss, wool floss, and some tiny vintage yellow rickrack.  It was a fun spin and is still for sale.  If you're interrested message me.
